देश आज़ाद है , मिथिला आज़ाद अभी तक  नहीं ,

मिथिला देश था , अब सम्पूर्ण क्षेत्र भी नहीं ॥ 

हम गरीब हैं , गरीबी नहीं मिटाते ,

हम कारीगर हैं ,कारोबार नहीं लगाते ,

हम विद्वान् हैं , विद्वता नहीं दिखाते ,

हम इतिहास सुनाते , वर्तमान नही संभालते ॥ 

देश आज़ाद है , मिथिला आज़ाद अभी तक  नहीं ,

मिथिला देश था , अब सम्पूर्ण क्षेत्र भी नहीं ॥ 

हमारी पहचान सीता , अहिल्या के देश का नहीं ,

पहचान बनी है, लालू के देश का , मैथिल का नही ,

बिहार बेहाल , मिथिला की कोइ हाल ही नहीं ,

आज़ाद हैं हम, अपने विकास के अधिकारी नही ॥

How can we stop Mirgation of Maithil from Mithila ??

This is fact that

1) Not only from Mithila, It can be noticed that the Migration of Intellectuals and Labour are happening from every village in India.

2) In Mithila, It has become very specific that Migration of Maithils are not only from Mithila but from Bihar itself.

How to stop this?????

a) Need to have Industries in Mithila.

b) Need to have link in between Resident Maithi and Non resident Maithil.

Above all, people of Mithila should be sincere. There is a need to have attitudinal changes among us. One good leader can change us.

Only an effective leader can stop the migration of Maithil in Mithila

Visionless leader of Mithila and innocent of Mithila have made this Zone as one of the undeveloped area of India.

Bihar is having main 3-historical zones and has got history of ONLY 98 yrs. Three Zones are 1) Mithila Zone 2) Magadh Zone 3) Bhojpur Zone All zones have rich history except Bihar. Mithila is neglected area in Bihar. Visionless leader of Mithila and innocent of Mithila have made this Zone as one of the undeveloped area of India. Flood, Cyclone, draught and step hood treatment of Union & State Govt. have made the people of India to migrate. Undeveloped area is indication of opportunities for TATA/ AMBANI/ MUNZAL and many business Group. We have 6 crore populations in Mithila and One 2 Engineering Colleges. Students are migrating. We are demanding for Mithila as Separate State. Mithila State Movement is on........... Mithila has to be developed When and How??? People of Mithila and leaders of this Country will have to think. Till thought process begins, Mithilamanthan Group is holding one Seminar UDYOG MANTHAN for Self Help Group at Kalidas Deeh (Uchaitha/Madhubani/Mithila/Bihar) on June 25, 2010. As stated as undeveloped region, it means, there is scope of development. It means, it is the place of Opportunities. Dear Non-Resdent Maithil, You are requested to think and Act. Udyog manthan in Mithila (Bihar)

Mithila is one of the most ignored region in India. Intellectuals and labours have been migrating every day. The population at present in every villages in Mithila is less that 50%. Migration from Mithila can only be stopped when the entrepreneurship concept would be made it useful. At the same time, the attitudinal change towards progress will have to be focused. Culturally rich mithila region needs leader with vision. Mithila will be developed only by resident Maithils. Leaders in Mithila's are hopeless.Mithilamanthan Group of Mithila is planning to organise one seminar for local people to concentrate on Cottage, Micro Industries at Kalidas deeh Uchaitha (Madhubani). We will stop the use of the imported goods and explore opportunities for Manufacturing units. Most of the consultants say that the contnuous electric supply can be used as Good opportunity. TATA, BIRLA, AMBANI will not come for investment in Mithila. So, we will have to develop local entrepreneurs. Unfortunately, our leaders have never brought this area under focus. Their attention is needed for the region's development.Advani Jee, I still hope to see you as PM of this country. You will give good governance and Our dream will come into reality. I wish this happens because only then the opportunities will reach all the neglected regions of the country like Mithila. Action to take on Ugratara temple (Maheshi)

Sun temple at village Kandaha near Ugratara temple (Maheshi)
Photographs of Sun temple to upload along with facts and historical significance

Shri Lakshaminath Gosain who had located the spot for Maithil Saurath Sabha also and put in his “Khanti” there built the current temple of the Sun God (Bhavaditya) . Is Bhavaditya just another name of the Sun temple or the name of the king (Paul Dynasty?) before Ala-ud-din Khilji took over that part of the country?
Study in consultation with concerned people and documents available will be carried out..
Mithilamanthan Group will correlate this point.

Historical debate was a landmark: Shankaracharya, Bharti and Mandan Mishra

Are these Pandas / Pujaris coming from families of the traditional caretakers?
Not aware

There is nothing of the status of these 2 temples in the area- both of national monumental status by now - and hence drawing state funds must be possible in certain degrees.
Explore to know the fact.

Progress in Mandir Manthan

The initial report has been well prepared in context with the format where pattern on Manthan will be carried with need-based modifications. Objective on Mandir Manthan has been stated earlier. Once again, we are trying to recall our objective towards
1) How to popularise the power of UgraTara Sthan among religious visitors as like vistors we do notice at Tirupati and Vaishanav Devi.
2) Though, the task is difficult, but not impossible. Existing Management may be in tune with the orthodox in nature but we will have to achieve this. As common goal is to bring success towards uplifting the economy of local people.
3) Employment Generation will be the prime goal.
4) Hospitality Industry is growing. There will be good demand of good Hotel and Restaurent
5) Road and Rail Connectivity will ease the visitors to visit again and again
6) Local Transport Industry such Taxi, Auto, Cycle Rickshaw etc will grow.
7) Local Pandit and Mahatma will get their Importance.
8) Mithila Bhakti Geet will be exercise in great extent
9) It will the model for Other Mandir to work
and many more.
Keeping these Objective in mind, there will be great role of Local Mukhia, Existing management, BDO, MLA, MP and DM.

God is everywhere. Mandir is recognised place of God. We do visit Tirupati, Vaishno Devi etc. to seek blessing for betterdomestic,social and professional life.Almighty God is everywhere. Mandir is the place for aastha.Considering these fact,Can we feel that Mandir at Mithila is little weaker than Popular Mandir such as Vaishno Devi, Tirupati and so on. Bhakt has aastha on every Mandir. Can we select Five top temples based on Great Aastha of Visitors. We will make core committee with local people and District Magistrate and one representative of Tourist Department. Local Committee of respective areas comprising of Mukhuia, BDO, Pujaaris, Journlist and younger generation for Marketing.manthan on Mandir in Mithila is

-To create interest as need to visit / To explore resident Maithil, Non resident and Non-Maithil to visit Mandir at least one time in a year as like Tirupati or VaishnoDevi.
-To discuss about difficulties being faced by visitors
-To understand Mandir Management
-Easy approachable system to explore under prevailing system towards road and rail link,- Monopoly of auto, taxi, rickshaw to convert in easy system.
-Can we explore for air-link?
And many more….

Mandir in Mithila can be seen every after 500 meters. We have aastha in every Mandir. We offer our prayer symbolically. .


1) Sidhi Peeth Mandir : Traditional acceptance.
(Jaanki Janam Bhumi, Ahalyaa sthan and many more)
2) Mandir with Mahatamya: specific history towards authenticity or acceptance
3) Indigenous Mandir (donated by bus passenger, Local Mafia's, Visitors etc.)

Every Mandir is great. But looking for Maximum 5 temples to study in following ways
- To approach tourism Ministry for support
- To request District Magistrate for making society
- Article to publish for in-flight Journal and leading weekly magazines.
Manthan has begun, Good inputs are anticipated.
