We don’t expect any miracle to be successful to get Mithila as Separate State in shortcut way. Struggle and sacrifice at every stage are being the part now.
Why this Demand???
In order to avoid the prolonged harassment of Maithils towards overall progress, we should know the concern as being regulated through deep ignorance by state govt., maithil leaders, and orthodox attitude of ourselves on every basic need for sustaining our life.
We all know and willing to know: answers.
1) Migration of labour and intellectual people from native places of Mithila: Why & How ???
2)Trading profession has routed out industrializations, hence negligible industries.
2) Kidnapping and Rangdaari industry due to political patronage over the poverty state
3) Drought and flood problems are common at the same time. No rescue arrangements in practical manner.
4) Mr. Nitish Kumar, CM Bihar said in a state where the per capita income is one-third of the national average, efforts are being made to grow at an average of 8.5 per cent GDP per annum. This, he said, will be a quantum jump from past trend. "We expect public outlay of about Rs 59,000 crore and private outlay of Rs 1,08,000 crore during the 11th Plan. What about Mithila?
5) Do we think that priority would be given to Mithila? As per record, we can say that reality has been far away from imagination.
6) Electrification and utility, utilization of dam for Thermal station.
7) Transportation Crisis
8) No leading professional Institution
9) No Management on tourist place
10) Heavy uses of medicines but no recognized Pharma- production
11) Literature and culture under severe threat
12) No film Industry to draw kind attention
13) No attention of varieties of sports
14) No proper marketing for Mithila art
15) No effective visionary leader from grass level to lead with progressive mission. Why only CASTE based leader??? Effective leader may be from any caste
16) And many more can be added towards extreme humiliations.
Considering above and population of 4 crore, Why not serious thought can be given for separate state???
It cannot be stated at this moment about % Maithil who are aware of the demand. But it can be stated that
- 100% Maithils are under deep frustration about running painful condition of resident and non-resident maithil IN MITHILA.

Discussion on Internet is the primary step only. This will be the route where local resident maithil will bring the vibrations for achieving the GOAL.
TELANGANA state movement at present is the example. Our Demand for Mithila State has started in 1954. We couldn’t achieve anything till date that, it is also correct.
CM/PM will have to be listened our concern where there will be the concern of 4 crores of thick/dense population in Mithila.

It is quite obvious, different thoughts will be generated and accordingly different groups will be formed on this issue but common objectives will be the same towards welfare of resident maithil so that labour class and intellectual class shouldn’t move for survival.
It is good sign that 50% people do support from your survey with the sample of 20- 25 sample that too with non-resident maithil or resident maithil. In line with this, I like to submit the outcome of my survey.

Tough time
On the way to my village from my work station Hyderabad, I reach Darbhanga and plan to go my Village Ballour.

(Manigachi). It is only 27 KMs from Darbhanga, it becomes difficult task for me along with family members to reach my village by roadways or railways. The Cycle rickshaw journey from Manigachi to Ballour is very horrible. Though, there is no much problem I face, but ask them whosoever is in remote areas.
